Easy RETURN/EXCHANGE process with RE:DO
We are so excited to offer a quick and easy way for returns and exchanges. We have upgraded our process and want to go over the changes with you. When you make a purchase online you will have the option to add "re:do" to your order. This is an optional charge of $2.48 that will cover any return or exchange for that order for FREE. If you need to send something back, simply navigate to our website, click on RETURNS on the bottom of the page and start your return process. Our return policy hasn't changed. We will still accept items within 30 days of purchase that are unworn, unwashed and in new condition. After you submit your return information you will be able to print the return label for free. If you don't opt in for "re-do" when you place your order, you will still have the option of paying for a return shipment label. Then simply print off the label, attach it to your package and drop it off. We'll take care of the return/exchange once we receive it back to our store.
