If for some reason there is something wrong with your item or it doesn't fit correctly we have a 30 day return/exchange policy and will accept returned items that have the tags still attached and are free from odors, dirt or makeup marks and are un-worn. Due to safety issues, infant items are non-returnable if they have been tried on. If items are returned soiled or are not in new condition a 20% charge will be with-held from the return. If items are returned after the 30 day window a separate 20% re-stocking fee will apply. Facemasks and final sale items are non-returnable.
To process your return/exchange, please mail back your items with a note including your name, order number and if you would like to return or exchange the items for a different size. Once we receive your returned items we will ship out the replacement order or issue a refund to the original payment method.
