Return Policy
While planning any special event can be stressful, we don’t want you to stress about ordering from us. We have been in business for decades and are very good at helping you determine the best size and fit for you. In rare cases, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have created a return policy. All ordering protocol must be met in order for us to accept any returns and issue a refund. Please contact us if you have any questions about sizing or the ordering, returning process.
If for some reason there is something wrong with your item or it doesn't fit correctly we have a 30 day return/exchange policy and will only accept returned items that have the tags still attached and are free from odors, dirt or makeup and are un-worn. Due to safety issues, infant items are non-returnable if they have been tried on. If items are returned soiled or are not in new condition a 20% charge will be with-held from the return. If items are returned after the 30 day window a separate 20% re-stocking fee will apply. Facemasks and final sale items are non-returnable.

If you purchased the $2.48 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit, exchange or refund and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $2.48 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.

All Women's and Girls Dress Returns:
These dresses can be returned if the following criteria have been met:
-Item is clean and free from any makeup or damaged caused by customer
-Item has not been worn, damaged or altered in any way
-Item is sent back within the 30-day return window to the address below
-If items are sent back after the 30-day return window, are damaged or dirty, or do not comply with the stated criteria, a portion or all of the return may be withheld for cleaning fees, re-stocking fee. Items returned after the 30-day return window may receive a store-credit in place of a refund.
Infant Clothing:
Infant clothing (dresses, suits, knitwear) can be returned if the following criteria are met:
-Because of health concerns and soiling issues, infant items cannot be returned if they have been tried on.
-No alterations or damages were made to the item
-Item is sent back within the 30-day return window to the address listed below
-If items are sent back after the 30-day return window, are damaged or dirty, or do not comply with the stated criteria, a portion or all of the return may be with-held for cleaning fees, re-stocking fee. Items returned after the 30-day return window may receive a store-credit in place of a refund.
Men's Suit/Pant Returns:
Any suit or pants can be returned if the following criteria are met:
-No custom changes were made
-No alterations or damages were made to the item.
-Item is sent back within the 30-day return window to the address below.
-If items are sent back after the 30-day return window, are damaged or dirty, or do not comply with the stated criteria, a portion or all of the return may be with-held for cleaning fees, re-stocking fee. Items returned after the 30-day return window may receive a store-credit in place of a refund.
Accessory Returns:
Due to the nature of these items, the following items cannot be returned and will not be issued a refund if they are mailed back. These include hair bows, baby shoes, socks, jewelry, blankets and undergarments. All other accessory returns will follow the same return policy as stated below.
